Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its, royal palace two of Edinburghs great set-piece, Radisson Collection Hotel Royal Mile Edinburgh. Excellent meal, the food was very good and the service was brilliant. Goats cheese and cheese tart cold which I did not like. However we were crammed into a tiny table at the end of an alcove which was fine until we realised the two large loud groups in the centre off the alcoves noise passed around like a whispering dish straight to us so it was literally impossible to have a conversation.
